Software Bazar Bangladesh (“we”, “us”) operates softwarebazar.net from House 3, Road 9/B, Sector 5, Uttara, Dhaka, Bangladesh. This page explains what we collect on this company site, why, and how to reach us.
Product apps such as Somity Keeper, Bariwala or Autonemo VMS Pro have their own sites and accounts. Data you enter inside those products is handled under that product’s own terms, not this page.
What we collect
- Messages you send. Phone, WhatsApp, email or a visit to the Uttara office. We keep the name, number, email and notes needed to answer you.
- Server logs. The host may record IP address, browser, pages opened and time. We use this to keep the site up and to investigate abuse.
- Fonts and similar third parties. Pages load Inter from Google Fonts. Google may see your IP when the font file is fetched. See the Cookie Policy.
There is no account sign-up and no contact form on this site. We do not sell a marketing list.
How we use it
- To reply to product, demo or support requests.
- To quote, set up or support software we already ship or a custom build.
- To keep the website secure and working.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We may share what you sent with staff who need it to help you, with a host or email provider that runs the site, or when Bangladesh law requires it.
How long we keep it
Enquiry notes stay as long as the conversation or a later project needs them, then we delete or archive them. Server logs rotate on the host’s normal schedule.
