Three-tap POS
Service → vehicle size → payment. Big buttons, almost no typing — a cashier sells without breaking rhythm at the bay.
Car Wash · POS SaaS
Run your car wash like a pro — on one cheap phone.
Car-wash software exists — for chains with desktops, stable broadband and English-speaking staff. The thousands of small washes that actually dominate the market have none of that: one cheap phone, patchy internet, a cashier who works in Bangla, and no appetite for a big monthly bill. When the net drops, they go back to the khata.
FleetWash Pro was designed for exactly that operator. The POS is offline-first — sales run on the phone's local database and sync automatically when the network returns, so no paying car ever waits. A sale is three taps: service → vehicle size → take the money. The UI is Bangla-first with big buttons and almost no typing, payments are bKash/Nagad and cash (no card needed), and customers get SMS or WhatsApp — not email they'll never read.
Underneath sits proven engineering, not a prototype: the platform is built on our Play-Store-live AmarAuto codebase — Laravel API, Flutter app, offline sqflite sync engine, bKash tokenized checkout and a true double-entry accounting spine. Small washes start on the Lite plan; as they grow into multi-branch, fleet receivables and payroll, they graduate to Pro and Enterprise on the same system — no re-platforming, plan-based feature gating on one codebase.
Capabilities
Service → vehicle size → payment. Big buttons, almost no typing — a cashier sells without breaking rhythm at the bay.
Sales run on the phone's local database with no internet and reconcile automatically when the network returns — no paying car ever waits.
Wash packages, memberships and loyalty points that bring regulars back — plus SMS/WhatsApp reminders when they're due.
Scheduled washes and queue management, so the bay stays busy and customers stop guessing when to come.
Tokenized bKash checkout carried over from our live AmarAuto platform, Nagad and cash — no card machine required; even the subscription pays by bKash.
Corporate fleets wash on monthly credit — tracked as real receivables that reconcile in the same ledger as retail cash.
Every taka — sales, refunds, tips, expenses, fleet dues — posts to a chart of accounts and journal. The books build themselves from the POS.
Shampoo, wax and consumables tracked; employees, branches and staff ledgers managed in the same system.
