Software Bazar Bangladesh sells ready products (subscription or licence) and custom software. A conversation or demo is free and is not a purchase.
Product subscriptions and licences
- Fees already billed for a period that has started are not refunded, unless we failed to deliver access we promised.
- You can stop a subscription before the next renewal. Tell the office in writing (email or WhatsApp). We will confirm the end date.
- If we charged you twice for the same period, we refund the duplicate.
Custom software and setup
- Work is usually billed in milestones. A paid milestone that we have delivered is not refundable.
- If you cancel before a milestone starts, we refund that unused milestone.
- If we cannot start agreed work and you want out, we refund unused prepaid fees.
Digital goods
Once a licence key, installer or hosted account is issued and used, we do not refund for a change of mind. If the file or account is defective, we replace it or refund if we cannot fix it in a reasonable time.

Email softwarebazar17@gmail.com or WhatsApp +880 1689 655055 with the invoice, product name and why you want a refund. We reply from the Uttara office. Bank or mobile-money fees charged by a payment channel are outside this policy.
